APEXHAIR sells high‑performance cosmetic hair fibers exclusively online.
All offers are valid while displayed on the site and subject to stock availability.

2. Orders

By submitting an order, the Customer accepts these Terms without reservation.
After payment confirmation, an email with order details will be sent.
We reserve the right to refuse orders in cases of suspected fraud, misuse, or unresolved disputes.

3. Price and payment

Prices are displayed in the currency selected by the Customer and include applicable taxes.
Shipping costs are shown at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through certified partners (credit card, PayPal, or local methods).
An order is final once payment is confirmed.

4. Shipping

We ship to most countries worldwide.
Delivery times vary by destination and are shown at checkout.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled.

5. Returns and refunds

You may return items within 14 calendar days of receipt if the product is:

  • Sealed, unused, and in its original packaging.

Due to hygiene regulations, opened items cannot be returned except under our Satisfaction Guarantee.
