We ship worldwide to all countries shown at checkout.  
Estimated delivery times:

• North America & Europe: 5–10 business days  
• Other Regions: 7–15 business days  

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination and shipping method.

3.3 Carriers & Tracking  
We partner with reputable carriers.  
Tracking updates are sent automatically at each stage of transit through the tracking link provided.

3.4 Address Accuracy  
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate.  
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.  
Re-shipping fees may apply if an order is returned due to address errors.

3.5 Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages  
If your package is delayed beyond the estimated delivery timeframe, check the tracking link and contact us at help@izgcpayments.com.

For lost or damaged items, report the issue within 48 hours of delivery and include photos of the packaging and product.  
We will arrange a replacement or refund according to our policy.
