We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

4.1 Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

4.2 How to Start a Return

To start a return, you can contact us at help@izgcpayments.com. Please note that returns will need to be sent to different addresses based on your region, and we will work to find the best option depending on your location. We will provide return details and instructions via email.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

4.3 Return Process

Contact us: Email help@izgcpayments.com with your order number and reason for return
Get approval: We will review your request and respond within 2 business days
Ship the item: Send the item to the address we provide (shipping costs are your responsibility)
Inspection: Once we receive your return, we will inspect the item
Refund: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days

4.4 Refunds

You can always contact us for any return question at help@izgcpayments.com.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5–7 business days.

4.5 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@izgcpayments.com.

4.6 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at help@izgcpayments.com.

4.7 Shipping Costs

Original shipping costs are non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was damaged or incorrect.
