1. Return conditions
We only accept returns if the product:

Is sealed, unused, and never opened,

Remains in its original packaging, intact.
For safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned.
2. Return timeframe
You may request a return within 14 calendar days of delivery, provided the conditions above are met.
3. Return procedure
To start a return, email support@apexhairlab.com with:

Your order number,

The reason for return,

Photos of the product (sealed and in its original packaging).
Once validated, we will provide the return address.
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
4. Satisfaction Guarantee – even if used
We stand by APEXHAIR’s effectiveness.
If, despite following the instructions, you do not achieve the expected density effect, we offer a Satisfaction Guarantee.
To apply:

Send a clear video showing the application (good lighting, dry hair),

Include your full name and order number.
Our team will review within 7 business days.
If confirmed that the product did not perform as described, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.
Incorrect application or incomplete evidence may not be eligible.
5. Damaged or incorrect items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect:

Contact us within 48 hours of delivery,

Provide photos of the item and packaging,

We will arrange a replacement or refund.
